An American client was looking for a manufacturing solution in Mexico for a new product: a cotton feeder designed to attract deer during hunting season. The project covered everything from prototype to final packaging.

The client, based in the U.S., serves various industries and needed a reliable supplier in Mexico. The product is intended for a company with a presence in over 1,000 retail stores across the United States, so quality, timely delivery, and presentation were key.

DEVELOPMENT
From the initial phase, we worked closely on the development of the prototype, ensuring manufacturability. To meet the growing demand, we expanded our warehouse from 1,000 to 3,000 m² and incorporated new processes such as laser tube cutting and robotic welding. This allowed us to improve efficiency, installed capacity, and product quality. Additionally, all details were taken care of to meet technical specifications, finishes, and packaging requirements for point of sale.
DELIVERY
We delivered a fully finished product, shelf-ready, meeting the commercial, aesthetic, and logistical standards of the end customer. The comprehensive solution and investment in infrastructure solidified our relationship as a strategic partner for this client in Mexico.
